How to deactivate Instagram account temporarily through an android phone.

Inorder to deactivate your Instagram account temporarily through your android phone, follow these steps.

Step 1: Open Instagram on Chrome or any web browser or simply click this link 

https://www.instagram.com/accounts/login/

Step 2: log into your account.

Step 3: Once you are logged in click on your profile. Refer picture below for help.

Step 4: when you reach your profile, you will see "Edit profile" option there. Click that.

Step 5: scroll down and you will see "temporarily disabled my account" option there. Click it.

Step 6: Once you click this, Instagram will ask you a reason for disabling your account. Select any reason and fill your password.

once you click "Temporarily disable my account", you will be logged out of the web browser as well as instagram app and your profile will not be visible to anyone until you log in again.
